Salary: $ $ per month + Shift Allowance + KPI Incentives

Job Scope:

  • Assist customers with their queries over the phone and by email
  • Provide information on services and promotions
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N' Levels
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment will be an advantage
