What You'll Do

EPAM is looking for a Digital Platforms Partner Sales Senior Manager to join our sales team in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving revenue related to our digital platform offering by working closely with our internal Digital Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery, as well as with the digital platforms providers such as Sitecore and Adobe.

Your role is that of the skillful originator and coordinator who organizes the meetings and follow-up steps that bring together all the different parties – prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists and delivery experts on both the EPAM and the partner side – the multi-disciplinary teams who jointly produce the right solutions for our clients.
You need to be outgoing, self-motivated and self-propelled. You will need to proactively build your own pipeline through outbound activities.

  • Spearhead digital services sales and marketing initiatives, fostering regional growth
  • Collaborate across departments - Business Units, Sales, Partners and Executives to craft winning sales plans, proposals, and value propositions
  • Partner with industry giants like Adobe and Sitecore to identify new business opportunities and develop joint sales strategies
  • Champion EPAM's capabilities and success stories to ignite partner-driven lead generation
  • Work alongside our internal digital team to convert leads and close deals generated through partner networks
  • Team up with EPAM and partner teams to manage joint opportunities, ensuring a seamless pipeline and accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute impactful joint marketing campaigns
What Will Make You Shine
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Has a proven track record in all stages of the sales cycle
  • Thrives on building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative network
  • Possesses prior experience within a digital services sales environment (a plus)
  • Can showcase exceptional selling skills and a talent for relationship building - both with clients and colleagues
  • Masters communication across multiple channels - verbal, written, collaborative and interpersonal
  • Has a deep understanding of EPAM's digital products and services
  • Can juggle multiple tasks with ease and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrates resilience and a mid-level career maturity, with a strong understanding of the local market
