Make an impact by:

  • Assist in driving Group Chief Financial Office's (GCFO) annual operating plan (AOP) for the year ahead.
  • Leading the logistics support for GCFO's AOP preparation (including managing the schedule of meetings between GCFO and his direct reports, monitoring the submission requirements and timeline etc)
  • Collating and fact-checking the submissions of presentation materials from internal stakeholders and then integrating and editing the submissions into a coherent presentation flow
  • Assisting GCFO in refining the AOP presentation to GCEO for endorsement
  • Assist in driving GCFO's annual KPI review and KPI setting process.
  • Working with GCFO's senior leadership team to collate the achievements against the KPIs set in the previous year.
  • Working with GCFO's senior leadership team to set the KPIs and determine the corresponding key initiatives.
  • Assisting GCFO in refining his KPI submissions to the Board for endorsement.
  • Assist to coordinate and develop key messages and overall communication strategy for GCFO across various leadership workshops and communication forums within Singtel and speaking engagements in which GCFO may be invited to represent Singtel, from time to time. This includes the development of presentation materials and speeches / talking points.
  • Lead and plan logistics and agenda for quarterly GCFO townhalls.
  • Lead and plan logistics for annual Regional CEO forum and annual Regional CFO forum and annual strategy offsite for GCFO and SLTs.
  • Assist to plan and manage corporate budget for GCFO.
  • Assist in being Change Leader for Team GCFO – including working with individual SLTs to diagnose the team engagement health where necessary and taking lead and plan for engagement activities for entire GCFO team.
  • Lead in the planning and maintenance of a suite of research subscriptions within allocated budget.
  • Assist to manage corporate calendar for Team GCFO (regional forums, townhalls, SLT meetings, D&D, engagement activities etc against the key events at Singtel Group level)
  • Assist to project manage any additional strategic projects that the team could be assigned to from time to time.

Skills for success:

  • University degree in any related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience.
