About the Role


Define and expand our roadmap and digital strategy, and collaborating with partners to develop and improve organisational change incentives and overview to encourage changes in behavior, adoption, working towards business desired outcomes.


  • Work with EXCO and Senior Management Team to improve our Digital Strategy and define the digital roadmap that is aligned with business objectives and outcomes.
  • Support EXCO sponsors to craft cases that are aligned with the organization's Digital Strategy.
  • Work crossfunctionally with various partners to ensure execution
  • Find innovative and exhilarating ways to conduct regular internal communication sessions to discuss the strategies and improvements.
  • Partner with teams like Tied Distribution, Marketing, Life Operations to improve digital engagement, adoption and codevelop organisational change initiatives and incentives to encourage behavior change and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead regular committee meeting with Agency Leaders to socialise upcoming digital improvements, collate feedback and drive resolution of action items.
  • Conduct regular and adhoc digital related sharing, reporting and award write ups and engagement with Group/Country counterparts to establish AIA Singapore as an inspiring leader in Digital, Design & Digital Analytics.
  • Support in the planning and ongoing monitoring of department budget.
  • Stay updated on current and emerging digital innovations & business models and take the lead to drive improvements and craft Green Shoots initiatives.
