Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative functions including office space and layout, office leases, office maintenance etc
- Provide effective and efficient general administrative support as needed, including scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, mailing and shipping packages, etc
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office supplies including, pantry items, office equipment, and facilities
- Work with vendors for any renovation or office maintenance matters
- Maintain and organize files, records, and other important documents
- Support the team with various projects, including research and data analysis
- Oversee reception duties and daytoday office activities and ensuring all meeting rooms and office workspace are clean, comfortable, and safe for all employees
- Provide support to CEO and GM when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 35 years of office admin experience
- Teamplayer with excellent organizational, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
