Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions including office space and layout, office leases, office maintenance etc
  • Provide effective and efficient general administrative support as needed, including scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, mailing and shipping packages, etc
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage office supplies including, pantry items, office equipment, and facilities
  • Work with vendors for any renovation or office maintenance matters
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and other important documents
  • Support the team with various projects, including research and data analysis
  • Oversee reception duties and daytoday office activities and ensuring all meeting rooms and office workspace are clean, comfortable, and safe for all employees
  • Provide support to CEO and GM when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 35 years of office admin experience
  • Teamplayer with excellent organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
