- **Changi North (East)
- Managing 3rd party subcontract in handling the calibration work by taking quotation, issuing PO and manage & coordinate the scheduling for delivery
- Preparation of quotations to client & purchase order to vendors
- Manage files and records for clients
- Monitor office inventory activities, including ordering and requisitions, stocking and shipment receiving
- Arrange schedule with vendor (internal and external) for site calibration schedule
- Arrange collection / delivery schedule with logistics upon receiving PO/item completion Ensure customer requirements on calibration & specification, certificate issued address are met based on requirements
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in relevant discipline At least 1 year of relevant experience in related field
