Distributor Inside Operations Specialist


UiPath is continuing to expand its global channels organization and is looking for a Distributor Inside Operations Specialist to manage the quote to cash, and renewal processes, and to support the configuration, quoting and order management process for our APAC Distribution business.


In this role, you will render full support to our Distribution partners, and work in partnership with our Distributor's UiPath order management sales team, and internal UiPath teams such as Deal Hub, Finance, Accounting, Legal and Sales.

You will need to have experience working with a CRM system as well as SFDC.

What you'll do at UiPath:

  • Offer full support to, and work closely with UiPath Distributor's Order Management and Sales Team on Configuration, Quoting and Order processing across the APAC region
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining deal statuses in the UiPath CRM system
  • Assist with Distributor's quotes to partners to validate that the configuration is correct
  • Ensure pricing and discounting is consistent with price lists
  • Work with UiPath and Distributor teams on maintenance renewals as needed
  • Work crossfunctionally to support special pricing for deals that fall outside of the normal discounting policies
  • Respond to Distributor enquiries which pertain to maintenance amounts, license ownership, purchase history, etc.
  • First level of Support to manage Distributor requests via the UiPath ticketing platform that supports licensing requests; configuration, quoting, pricing, deal registration, etc.
What you'll bring to the team:

  • Currently based in and eligible to work in Singapore
  • Must have endtoend software Order Management experience
  • 5 to 7 years of work experience in project management, deal hub / desk, or worked in established software distributor firms
  • Fluent in English, and strongly preferred to also be able to read well in Mandarin
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills to manage urgent requests
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work in tandem with global functions and crossdepartments
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, you are creative, solution oriented and a problem solver
  • Selfmotivated and can work both individually and as part of a team
  • Flexible and open to shifting work schedules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Bachelor's Degree holder
