Job Details:

  • Invoice control of 3rd party services and personnel from local service providers
  • Budgeting, cost forecasting and invoice control for local support
  • Follow up schedule Assurance Program
  • Help and Support with yearly budget and work program
  • Support with baseline preparation
  • Support project report preparation
  • Support monthly budget updates
  • Ensure contract administration
  • Support with cost and progress control including forecasting and analysis for the contract
  • Create and followup requisition in SAP
  • Invoice control in SAP
  • Provide adhoc assistance to Project Controls and Procurement Team

Qualifications:

  • 05 years of experience with cost control or admin
  • Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent in finance, economic or business administration
  • Proficiency in Microsft Excel and Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Ability to be organized and systematic and good eye for details
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • High Integrity, reliable and professioal behaviour towards constractors and coworkers
  • Fast worker with ability to work well under stress
