APJ Transformation Lead

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team provides world-class support to leading companies and collaborates with customers building mission-critical applications on AWS services.
As a full-time Transformation Lead, you will lead projects to streamline and transform our operating model for new business opportunities in Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ). You will work cross-functionally and geographically to identify problems, analyze data, generate insights, propose solutions, and implement them, aiming to solve challenges and enhance customer experience. Collaboration with internal stakeholders like sales, operations, and marketing is crucial for successful execution. By leading initiatives in Asia-Pacific, you will gain insights into a rapidly growing IT organization.

Basic qualifications
- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
