Manager (Motor Claims & Accident Reporting)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Accident Repair Department to ensure the highest quality of customer experience and repairs.
- Oversee the full spectrum of Accident Reporting, Survey, Repair & Claims.
- Responsible for business revenue by ensuring cases closing and debts recovery expectations are met with credit customers and insurance companies
- Review and evaluate all motor accident reporting and claims procedures constantly to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company's policies.
- Formulate, design, and propose policies to improve workshop quality
- Active followup with all customers after delivery to check on all work that has been carried out to meet expectations.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with insurance adjusters and brings in the incremental accident repair business
- Track cases, constantly monitor and report on the progress of the cases to all stakeholders
- Ability to assess and prepare estimated accident repair quotations on insurance claim issues
- Ensure smooth operation of accident claims processing and recoveries such as clearing of claims stats, impositions of charges, and claims collections
- Monitor and review pending claims and closure of claims in a timely manner
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and appropriate steps to mitigate the risk
- Motivate and coach the team to meet these objectives and consistently deliver the best service and strive towards achieving Company's objectives
Key Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in handling motor claims processing, accident reporting with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team
- Good knowledge in Ms office, Googles sheets, Excel and Words
- Sound knowledge in Motor Claims Framework
- Meticulous and strong organizational skills and the ability to work under challenging timelines
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Possess knowledge in administering Insurance claims, automotive components, paint and body work, and warranty processing.
