Workshop Insurance Claims Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and explain the claims process to customers after accidents
- Liaise with insurance companies regarding motor claims and accident reporting matters
- Study damaged areas of vehicles and provide repair estimations to surveyors/insurance companies
- Conduct checks on vehicles for body and paintwork repairs
- Handle administrative tasks such as checking costs, processing claims, and purchasing spare parts
- Service and provide quotations for vehicles involved in accidents
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Experience in motor claims at authorized workshops or service centers is an advantage
- Individuals without experience but with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
