Automotive claims executive admin assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage accident reporting and explain claims process to customers
  • Liaise with insurance company on motor claims/accident reporting matters
  • Study vehicle damage area and provide repair estimation to surveyor/insurance company
  • Conduct vehicle checks for body and paintwork repairs
  • Handle administration tasks such as checking costing, claims, and spare parts purchase
  • Service/repair accident vehicles and offer quotations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in motor claims at authorized workshops/service centers is a plus
  • Open to candidates with a willingness to learn
