Automotive claims executive admin assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage accident reporting and explain claims process to customers
- Liaise with insurance company on motor claims/accident reporting matters
- Study vehicle damage area and provide repair estimation to surveyor/insurance company
- Conduct vehicle checks for body and paintwork repairs
- Handle administration tasks such as checking costing, claims, and spare parts purchase
- Service/repair accident vehicles and offer quotations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Experience in motor claims at authorized workshops/service centers is a plus
- Open to candidates with a willingness to learn
