Roles & Responsibilities

We are a well-established food manufacturer based in Singapore, specializing in kitchen sauces and condiments. We provide a wide range of products such as soya sauce and oyster sauce to cater to the needs of hawkers, restaurants, and wet markets. Additionally, we offer sundry and trading items like salt and sugar.

To meet the evolving tastes of consumers, we have expanded our operations to include the import and distribution of FMCG products from different countries. These items are supplied to convenience stores and supermarkets across the region.

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Understand clients' requirements and offer appropriate solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Participate in industry events to keep abreast of trends and expand network
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development within the food and beverage sector
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective negotiation skills with a talent for closing deals
  • In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including current trends
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Driven by results and possessing a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholders

***Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, comprising of a fixed salary and commission structure. Candidates with an existing client portfolio will receive adjusted compensation.
