The Role / Responsibilities:

Moody's Analytics stands out as a premier provider of risk and performance management software tailored to the financial services sector. We are in search of a seasoned Solution Sales Representative to spearhead Enterprise Risk Management software sales across the ASEAN region.
This role entails overseeing sales opportunities & territory management, crafting sales strategies, and driving revenues linked to the Moody's Analytics suite of Lending solutions. This includes overseeing the complete Lending/Loan Origination process covering tasks like borrower onboarding, credit evaluation, deal structuring, deal workflow approval, covenant monitoring, and more.
The responsibilities of this sales representative include adeptly managing intricate, solution-oriented sales cycles and collaborating closely with pre-sales personnel. Sales representatives play a pivotal role in steering the sales process across its entire cycle. The role and territory combine active account management with fostering new account growth.

  • Primary focus will be on selling and nurturing new and existing client relationships through a strategic approach aimed at boosting sales and achieving predetermined quarterly/yearly objectives.
  • Demonstrating the excellence and value of the Moody's Analytics Enterprise Risk Management Software suite to potential and current clients. This will involve delivering top-notch presentations, engaging in client meetings, and crafting proposals.
  • Overseeing and coordinating Moody's Analytics responses to requests for product and service information (RFIs and RFPs) from external entities, clients, and prospects.
  • Developing a profound, hands-on comprehension of Moody's Analytics Enterprise Risk Management suite of products and services, particularly focusing on Regulatory Compliance and Capital Management solutions.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities for Moody's Analytics by posing relevant questions to extract essential information. This will also involve collaborating with account specialists.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction levels in all client interactions, including issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a degree (or equivalent) in a Finance or business-related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in solutions sales.
  • Sound understanding of capital markets, especially dynamics associated with credit, lending, and the bond market.
  • Prior experience with banking software linked to risk management, lending, and finance.
  • Proven track record in client service support or sales-related environments.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in managing high-volume workloads.
  • Strong IT skills encompassing Email, Word, intermediate Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication abilities both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the knack for building robust professional relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Capable of delivering comprehensive client care in varied situations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively work, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal oversight but also integrate effectively with the team and other departments within Moody's.
