Within our widespread network of eldercare centers, our primary objective is to offer affordable and suitable services to families seeking day care for their elderly relatives.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including social day, dementia, nursing, and respite care, as well as rehabilitation programs like physiotherapy and occupational therapy, wellness initiatives, and transportation services. Our goal is to deliver top-notch services to the seniors under our supervision.

We are currently seeking a Programme Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a Programme Executive, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to strategize, execute, and manage programs tailored to meet the clients' needs. You will be responsible for identifying areas for program enhancement, ensuring quality control and compliance standards are met, and driving impactful and effective services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing new programs and enhancing existing ones.
  • Support program implementation, including planning, organization, and training.
  • Engage in outreach initiatives to reach target clients and the wider community.
  • Lead and oversee the planning and execution of center events and programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to funding program applications as required.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
  • Ensure program quality through compliance procedures.
  • Conduct research activities such as submission to Institutional Review Boards, literature reviews, statistical analysis, and report preparation.
  • Undertake any additional projects delegated by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of a Diploma or preferably a Degree in relevant fields.
  • Prior experience in eldercare or program development and implementation is advantageous.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders effectively to address the elderly's needs.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly presentations.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore to support offsite locations when necessary.
