Job Description

The role will be part of the Family Support Services-Families for Life team that delivers evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes. The role will work with trainers, school and community partners, in planning and promoting these programmes to support parents, newlyweds and married couples. It will also provide administrative and logistical support to ensure that these programmes run smoothly.

The Snr PE will lead a team of Programme Executives, and will be overall in-charge over outreach initiatives to key community stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Work collaboratively with school and community partners in planning and promoting the programme to support couples, parents and families in building their resilience capacity.

Provide administrative and logistical support in programmes and services to meet clients' needsCarry out administrative and logistical requirements of agency's programmesManage end-to-end operations from registration to execution and post programme review and reporting

2. Assist in planning and execution of agency's programmes

Manage partnerships with schools and community partners in planning and promoting programmes to service usersProvide support to the social worker/ counsellor/s as assigned by the supervisor

3. Outreach to community and to community partners

Lead outreach initiatives, sharing of parenting and marriage resources and recruiting parents and couples to participate in the programmes

4. Record-keeping duties and administrative work

Prepare and review monthly reportsReview programme SOPs on a regular basisMaintain accurately and update programme data for report compilation and analysisMaintain database administration

5. Supervision and Management

Supervise a team of Programme Executives (PE)Manage manpower resources of PE team and ensure fair allocation of tasks to ensure programme delivery

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma5 years work experiences in social service or education or trainingCandidates with less than 5 years of experience are welcomed to apply and will be considered for Executive levelExperience in programme administration, front-line client facing work and managing partnershipsExperience in leading or supervising a teamPassion for parenting work to strengthen family lifeIntermediate proficiency with MS Office application, specifically Excel, Power Point presentation, MS FormsProficiency in using MS Team/ Zoom to host seminars and do presentation and hosting seminarsWilling to work on weekday evenings and Saturday when necessary
