Requirements:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of data infrastructure, architecture and systems.
  • Develop and implement organization's data analytics and AI strategy
  • Identify training and development needs and establish data governance policies to ensure data quality
  • Manage projects progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues or challenges
  • Manage IT procurement, evaluate vendor proposals, make recommendations for vendor selection and procurement decisions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards regarding data privacy, security and IT operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related field.
  • Track record of managing data analytics projects and a team.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data security and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Good knowledge of project management both waterfall and agile include managing contracts, project budgets, work breakdown structures, and systems integration
  • Proficiency in data technologies and tools, such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R, Tableau and machine learning framework
  • Strong understanding of cloudbased data platform and analytics technologies (e.g Azure data factory, databricks etc)
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Possess healthcare domain knowledge
