Roles and Responsibilities


- Manage coordination of procurement with vendors for logistics and transportation services, equipment like gas detectors and protective gear, leased vehicles, laboratory-related management services, air-freighting samples.

- Handle 3rd party invoice processing
- Monitor sales pipelines and demand forecasts
- Generate billings and oversee billing accrual process
- Analyze sales and billing performance
- Maintain sales contract and procurement contracts register
- Send reminders to the team 3 months in advance regarding expiring contracts pending for renewal
- Perform data entry tasks related to metrics, sales figures, and other essential data
- Extract reports and information from systems, offering data and guidance to support the sales team
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking conference rooms, setting up equipment, arranging flights and hotels, and creating presentations
- Compile and edit presentation details from various sources
- Manage financial administrative tasks concerning corporate card usage and expenses, and ensure accurate processing of departmental invoices
- Exercise judgment and make decisions to enhance workflow and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ensure the fulfillment of internal and external client demands

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree qualification, preferably in Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Approachable with a willingness to provide support
- Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing analytical abilities
- Process-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in sales administration and proficiency in Microsoft CRM, SAP systems is advantageous
