Event and Sales Coordinator

The Events and Sales Coordinator is responsible for promoting the company's outlets as event venues and managing the company's events.
This role will collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and to provide exceptional service to clients.
The Events and Sales Coordinator will be the key contact for events related inquiries and concerns.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue from events.
- Promote the company's outlets as event venues to attract clients and generate leads.
- Manage event inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client database.
- Prepare event proposals and quotations that meet clients' needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits with clients to showcase the venues and provide guidance on event arrangements.
- Prepare postevent reports and conduct analysis to improve future events.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and events coordination, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events at the same time.
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
