Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Wedding/Social event) main role and responsibility is to convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales.

He/She will interact frequently with customers and guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business.


Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Wedding and private function proposals are to be sent out in the absence of salesperson. This excludes customisation of proposals & bidding or via the Gebiz system.
  • To check and verify all information are correct pertaining to proposal with respective sales personnel before sending out any proposals to clients.
  • Handle internal bookings and take on BBQ Pits, banquet equipment rental, Meadow bookings.
  • Create and implement practices and processes to ensure positive customer experiences to encourage repeated business.
  • Conduct and collate market intelligence via competitors' set meeting packages (when needed)
  • Monthly: KPI and course update, biyearly DSTA data, plan rotational Saturday duty (if any), filing for past contracts, stationary replenishment and events or marketing needs requisition, feedback forms and collection of monthly carpark tickets.
  • Yearly: Discard past contract to meet the 2 years of PDPA guides.
  • Sales representative for Club Emergency Response team, PDPA in charge and yearly vendors updates.
  • Marketing administrative: Coordinate with corporate communication in term of Club's newsletter, AGM report and digital posting.
  • Assist with digital signage posting.
  • Tidy up the sales and marketing stationary cupboard and store area when needed.
  • Faulty EOMS coordination, fire drill coordination.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Team in updating all database information, consolidating information, compiling reports when needed.
  • Maintain sales and marketing photography library.
  • Any other job related to banqueting assigned by the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager.
