Position Description:
Our Story
Role Purpose
To provide intern with an opportunity to work with the high performing Global Consumer Sales Strategy & Capability Team to drive growth for our high performing Consumer Brands in the Dairy industry such as Anlene, Anmum, Anchor, Chesdale, Perfect Italiano, Mainland among others and collaborate with different countries' market teams to deliver key results.
Key Responsibilities / Projects
- Support building of Playbook for PRC MVP
- Support Route to Market (RTM) Initiatives and Distributor Assessment
- Consolidate agreed KPI and create a summary for analytics
- Support the review process of sales norms needed to deliver strategy
- Support distributor selection, retention, and evaluation according to FBP assessment framework
- Support managers on Identify opportunities and risks and communicate via scorecard
- Monitor and analyze STT and STD performance and highlight key drivers for analysis
Development opportunities
- Strategic Planning
- Can articulate the end goal, the stages to get there, and can follow through to deliver, Prioritise and select options using AFP, Channel and OpCo strategic priorities
Commercial Acumen
- Understands financial terms and where / when / how to use them in the business, and what outcomes to look for
Key Skills & Attitude
- Be in the second or final year of Tertiary education majoring in Marketing.
- Have exposure to sales or marketing and a keen interest in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, positive attitude and willingness to learn, detailoriented, outspoken and proactive.
- Team player and able to handle ambiguity and work independently.
