  • Execute Growth Strategies: Propose and execute growth experiments, analyze data, share insights with the team, and continually refine our approach
  • Create Compelling Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute multichannel marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and fuel user growth.
  • Accelerate Growth: Drive customer acquisition and retention across Southeast Asia, expanding our reach and impact.
  • Optimize Conversion: Spearhead funnel optimization efforts to identify and eliminate conversion roadblocks and implement product improvements for increased conversions.

Requirements:

Track Record: 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, ideally within a hyper-growth company.

  • Proven Business Acumen: Entrepreneurial background, management consulting, or other commercially successful experiences.
  • Expertise in the

In-depth understanding of the region's unique characteristics and opportunities.
