**Job Description

Business Development:

Own the creation, implementation, optimization, and management of the company's business development, including outreach to traders, working with marketing to cultivate leads, gathering VIP user feedback, and proactively ideating and implementing strategies to further the company's growth.

Includes attendance at events and trade fairs, speaking on panels, and delivering keynote presentations.

Fundraising:

Own and take responsibility for the company's fundraising, including developing and implementing fundraising strategies and identifying and cultivating relationships with potential investors.

Own and create pitch materials, conduct outreach to investors, act as the first point of contact, pitch to angels, and VCs, and share updates with existing stakeholders.

Own and manage the investor CRM and pipeline, taking responsibility at all stages from open to close.

Media and PR:
Implement strategies to promote the company through company channels (LinkedIn, Medium, social media, tiktok), traditional media publications (including drafting and sharing press releases and interfacing with journalists, and seeking journalists to cover our company), and hosting public events

Other areas of responsibility:
Negotiating deals and contracts with third parties, acting as representative to VIP clients, creating and implementing KPIs to monitor the company's growth in new markets, coordinating with other departments within the company including marketing, product, and tech to ensure that BD, fundraising, and Media/PR efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, and PR, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience as an owner of commercial outcomes based on your inputs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business development, fundraising, and PR strategies in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience in the crypto industry is a plus
