Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to address caller's inquiries.
  • Book or reschedule appointments based on the caller's request.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the institution to ensure seamless followup and resolution of caller's requests.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma, Degree,
    or equivalent
:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in
    customer service and customer handling in the call center environment
:

  • Bubbly and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.

Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
