We are looking for an analytical, collaborative professional to support sales strategy development, develop & maintain sales systems platforms, tools, & processes, support revenue management (funding allocation), drive sales capability building, trade promotion effectiveness, space planning

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer investment decisions are in accordance with Customer Segmentation (CSM) and Multi-Channel Pricing (MCP) frameworks.
  • Driving regional Trade Investment (TI) Effectiveness agenda in accordance with global direction on processes, tools, capabilities & standard methodologies
  • Driving deployment of global frameworks across the APAC region, such as the new global Multi-Channel Pricing (MCP) framework
  • Leading regional promotion guidance and TI effectiveness initiatives
  • Collaborating with Global Commercial Development (GCD) and Regional Commercial Development (RCD) Business Unit Heads to demonstrate BU insights and drive standard processes
  • Support deployment of Tech and Tools (including Trade Promotion Management) and TI Reviews into the BU's/region to strengthen TI management in the markets and the region by providing data standards and process design
  • Support the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) by providing trade investment guidance and direction on spend across different consumer groups and channels
  • Support contracts (trade terms) process to drive the ICP and to increase the conditionality of the trade terms
  • Communicate directly with senior management, independently handling conflicts in negotiation
  • Lead regional customer prioritization & investment agendas
  • Provide MG input into development & improvements, including participation in market testing with global Revenue Management & Pricing (RM&P)
  • Lead regional deployment and governance of CSM & MCP, with support from global RM&P
  • Drive visibility & governance of actual investments vs. CSM, specifically during ICP, JBP and during quarterly TI reviews
  • Lead the regional trade investment productivity agenda:Provide MG input into TI Productivity strategy and initiatives to global RM&P team, including sharing of best practice & learnings vis Revenue Management Sub-CIF
Drive effective TI management. across regions according to globally defined processes & tools delivering control, governance, and visibility of spending.
Lead the TI & promotional effectiveness agenda across regions, driving regionally relevant initiatives.
Facilitate TI reviews with RCD Head with feedback from BU's, feeding into a global TI review, in partnership with the regional Finance BP

  • Member of Revenue Management Sub-Forum, responsible for defining & recommending global RM&P agenda & priorities, sharing RM&P best practices, and driving a Revenue Management mindset across MGs

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in economics/business administration (or similar) would be preferred.
  • 8+ years of work experience, preferably from leading consumer goods, retail, tech or cosmetic/pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience in key account management, sales operations, business analyst, or commercial finance functions.
  • A proven track record of managing a broad range of stakeholders across different levels of seniority and departments.
  • Strong experience in collaborating with global teams.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
