Currently, we are seeking an experienced Brand and Partnerships Manager.

This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing partnerships, and driving collaborative initiatives to enhance our brand presence and achieve business objectives.


You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity in the Asia Pacific region, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships, and maximizing brand value across various channels.

You will be responsible for:

Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's vision, values, and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define brand attributes, messaging, and visual identity.

Partnership Management:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external organizations that align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and longterm value.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop comarketing campaigns, joint initiatives, and innovative brand activations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a positive partnership experience.

Marketing and Communication:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including brand stories, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Brand Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Conduct regular brand tracking and analysis, utilizing market research, customer feedback, and industry insights.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and reputation across various channels, proactively addressing any brandrelated issues or concerns.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, partnerships, or marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or with relevant brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey brand values, vision, and messaging effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships and driving collaborative initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and develop unique brand activations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and brand tracking techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
