RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with administrative and logístical matters related to the smooth offering of new course/ programme.
  • Respond to student queries regarding the new course/ programme.
  • Support student outreach related activities, eg, infosessions, academic briefings.
  • Review course/programme information to ensure compliance with university/school policies and guidelines.
  • Procure course/programme relevant materials and services.
  • Coordinate the development and dissemination of marketing materials including posters, eDMs, brochures, videos, etc.
  • Work closely with faculty, industry partners and students to deliver experiential learning courses, arrange internship matching, scheduling and other matters that may affect the students.
  • Liaise with other offices, eg, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Marketing and Communication, Registrar's Office etc as required to administer the course/ programme.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned, e.g., support the organization of school level events and process improvement projects, serve as building fire warden/ workplace health and safety representative for the school, etc. (Appropriate training will be provided for the respective termbased administrative/ logístical roles if assigned.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following areas: Business Management, Communications.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing and/or communications role or managing education programmes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Articulate presenter, fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Service oriented; good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Resourceful and flexible, able to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Experience in relevant programme related roles in institutions of higher education will be an advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends on ad hoc basis (few times a year).
  • Willing to undertake work related travel over weekdays and weekends.
