Manager, Programme Administration

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of coordination to ensure that all backend offices are fully briefed and execute programmes according to the contractual obligation, scope of work and timeline.
- Monitor the progress of each programme rollout and intervene if necessary to ensure a seamless rollout with minimal disruption to the customer.
- Ensure clear and aligned communication and expectations among customers and partners.
- Generate operational reports to identify areas for improvement in program execution.
- Conduct post-course evaluations to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or operation related field.
- Proven experience in program administration, preferably in the event, education, or training sector.
- Strong organizational, scrum, documentation, and multi-stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Proficiency in office productivity software, CRM, project management, agile and CRM tools.
- Strong influencing skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of contract management and compliance, process design and SOP development.
- Core Skills: Organization, communication, detail orientation.
