Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming emails, updating vessel information on the electronic board.
  • Monitor and pre-alerts for incoming air and sea freight shipments, and update in the stock list system.
  • Prepare documentation for vessels, including Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  • Maintain and update stock lists and off-landing list folders.
  • Create and manage Delivery Orders and Receipt Orders.
  • Organize local deliveries and export shipments via air/sea freight and couriers to various destinations.
  • Collaborate with boat operators, ship chandlers, agents, or owners to manage deliveries/loading at anchorage, PSA container ports, and shipyards.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate labeling of items for easy identification.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in English
  • TradeNet knowledge is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong team player
  • Preferably a Junior Executive with experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field
