Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute tunnel construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Tunnel Operations: Supervise and manage tunnel construction activities, including excavation, boring, and lining operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all tunnel construction work meets the required quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and monitoring progress.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, site logs, and quality control documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in tunnel construction supervision and execution, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in large diameter TBM machine operations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
