Job Description:
As a Regional Business Development Director for Precious Market, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of the business.
You will play a vital role in identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing and implementing effective business development strategies.
You will work closely with the executive team to achieve revenue and profitability targets while promoting the company's mission and values.
This is a senior-level position that requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and leadership skills.Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market dynamics to ensure Precious Market's competitive advantage.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Partnership Development:Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and other relevant industry players.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, focusing on key accounts and high-value opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and provide guidance on complex sales negotiations.
Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of the precious market industry, including market dynamics, key players, and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and seize business opportunities, resulting in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
