Your Responsibilities

The Head of Cash Management, APAC position is an excellent opportunity to support ADM's financial performance by working cross-functionally throughout the region to ensure that ADM has the capital resources to continue to grow the business globally.

The role actively interfaces with ADM's bank group on the company's various cash management transactions. Drive the liquidity and cash management efficiency of ADM's APAC entities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the ROIC of the region
  • Manage shortterm and longterm cashflow forecasts
  • Monitor daily cash position and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Oversee and provide support to intercompany funding, FX settlement, and paymentsrelated matters
  • Lead a team of 3+ treasury professionals across APAC
  • Maintain regional bank relationships and actively manage bank accounts including but not limited to document review, bank account opening and closing, ebanking user management, and reporting
  • Responsible for updating the board of resolution, KYC, and banking regulation compliance
  • Provide cash management support to M&A activities and business strategyrelated projects
  • Keep abreast with the regulatory changes in APAC and provide regulatory advice to support business strategy
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes and controls
  • Coordinate closely with other regional treasury centers (EMEA, NA, LATAM), SSC and other stakeholders
  • Assist in other adhoc treasury related projects

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Accountancy, Finance or Banking
  • 5+ years of relevant treasury experience; designation as a certified Cash Manager or Certified Treasury Professional would be a plus
  • Management experience of leading and influencing a team
  • Strong understanding of liquidity risk, cash pooling and FX regulations
  • Prior experience in implementing ERP and Treasury Management System (TMS) is an advantage
  • Strong ability to communicate visions, strategies, issues, and action plans at various levels in the organization, including Senior Management
  • Proven intercultural leadership skills to achieve goals through teamwork
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Positive, 'can do', and handson attitude
  • Ability to meet demanding deadlines and adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; able to take initiatives
