Corporate Secretarial Assistant

Job Purpose
The Corporate Secretarial assistant will be handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and ensures that all company matters of clients are handled.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing corporate secretarial services to locally incorporated companies
- Strong problem solving skills
- Handle full set of corporate secretarial matters, such as, preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients' company, online submission with ACRA, updating statutory registers and minute book
- Able to handle incorporation of companies, striking off companies
- Prepare statutory forms/returns to ACRA and estamping of transfer forms with IRAS
- Ensure ACRA filing deadlines are met
- Responsible for the lodgement of documents using the electronic filing system ("Bizfile") including preparation of financial statements, XBRL and Annual Returns filing
- Responsible in obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm;
- Bachelor of Business or Diploma in law
- Good computer skills
- Good command of written and spoken english
- Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
