Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose


The Corporate Secretarial assistant will be handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and ensures that all company matters of clients are handled.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing corporate secretarial services to locally incorporated companies
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Handle full set of corporate secretarial matters, such as, preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients' company, online submission with ACRA, updating statutory registers and minute book
  • Able to handle incorporation of companies, striking off companies
  • Prepare statutory forms/returns to ACRA and estamping of transfer forms with IRAS
  • Ensure ACRA filing deadlines are met
  • Responsible for the lodgement of documents using the electronic filing system ("Bizfile") including preparation of financial statements, XBRL and Annual Returns filing
  • Responsible in obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm;
  • Bachelor of Business or Diploma in law
  • Good computer skills
  • Good command of written and spoken english
  • Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
