Purpose:

Management of the Pools health including development, Recruitment and Core HR for sector which he/she is responsible.


Responsible for the team construction, balance and MEP of all entities in the resorts of its sector in line with HR strategy and mobility targets.

Main HR Interlocutor/Partner for the Operational Director and the Chief of Resorts of his Sector.

Maintain Collaboration with Sector HR Manager of the zone on all intra and interzone pool health and mobility.

Ensure consistency with the Group's HR strategy on the Sector for which he/she is responsible.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the HRBP team and the recruitment team for its sectors.
  • Budget construction with the Operational Director of the perimeter.
  • Team construction and MEP of villages of the Sector of attachment all entities combined.
  • HR support dedicated to the Operational sector.
  • Ensure the consistency of the pools with the needs of the company.
  • Guarantee the quality of pools and identification of skills requirements.
  • Administrative efficiency with HRIS/AI management for mobility, budgets, staffing and all HR processes.
  • Coordination and arbitration on assignments/promotions/evaluations on its pools/sector and for the entire APAC.

Missions:

Implementation of resorts in the Sector and operational monitoring:

  • Coordinate, animate and arbitrate with his team the follow-up of the MEP for his Sector of attachment all entities combined
  • Sole HR Interlocutor/Partner for the Operational Director and the CDV of his Sector.
  • Coordinate the operational needs of his/her Sector with other Sector HRs.
  • Manage the assignments of its pools to the resorts of the other Sectors in coordination with the other HR Sectors.

Internal Relations:

  • Ensure proximity between the teams of its sectors and on the field.
  • Coordinate, organize and control the implementation and respect of the HR policy
  • Animates the business meetings of its pools/sector with the HRBP's, RDS, the UDT and P&S
  • Arbitrate / maintain relations with on individual issues and sector pools.

Transmit and uphold HR Strategy:

  • Develop the pools according to the Club's HR strategy
  • Ensure reporting to the HRD MEP Resorts
  • Participate in business projects related to the scope of responsibility of its Sector/sectors.
  • Be proactive with proposals
  • Coordinates at APAC level the SWP of N1 managers of resorts chiefs

Skills Management and Talent Development

  • Coordinate actions to identify needs and develop skills in its pools and sectors
  • Coordinate and validate the development of job descriptions by HRBPs.
  • Identify training needs and check the consistency of the overall plan with the talent development hub and HRBPs.
  • Ensure the implementation of the training plan.

Career management / evaluation / remuneration / promotion of its sectors:

  • Ensure consistency in career management by HRBPs.
  • Validate compensation proposals made by HRBPs.
  • Validate proposals for permanent status. Submit the files to the HRD.
  • Participate in promotion decisions with HRBPs.
  • Advise, control, and validate the management of departures in collaboration with the legal department and chair the disciplinary council of its pools/sectors.
  • Participate in the APAC GO Keys process.
  • Guarantee the proper functioning of the GO Clé / Salary increment for village process.

Consistency and coherence of the assignments of its sector/cluster:

  • Enforce assignment/promotion/evaluation processes (operating rules, retro planning) and ensure their continuous improvement.
  • Consolidate and control the overall rotation plan (content and consistency across all business lines) and impacts (e.g., financial).
  • Build the allocation plan of its sectors on the world's priority resorts.
  • Guarantee Workday data quality of assignments in its sectors/Sector.
  • Animate discussions and referee with his team.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Analyze the recruitment needs of its sector/sector
  • Participate in the most effective sourcing strategies (Active hunting and benchmark).
  • Participate in the various job fairs / forums of its sectors if necessary.

  • Build the budget request with the Director of Operations of his Sector.
