HR and Admin

  • Oversee HR and admin processes, routines, and projects, e.g. payroll, leave, medical benefits, claims, document filing, office consumables, performance appraisal campaign, learning & development, etc.
  • Oversee and schedule timely and accurate reporting, record keeping, and data handling for relevant organisational reports and submissions.
  • Support and explore organisation best practice standards to enhance effective corporate management.
  • Manage external stakeholders, e.g. vendors, government agencies, etc on HR and admin matters.
  • Ensure accuracy and propriety of HR & admin communications with internal stakeholders (Staff and Board) on relevant corporate matters.
  • Ensure HR and admin documents, contracts, records, and relevant SOPs are accurate and uptodate, and promptly disseminated where appropriate.
  • Identify staff skills gaps and explore emerging skill trends to address staff skills development needs.
  • Plan and schedule training and courses for staff according to identified skills needs.

Requirements:

  • A polytechnic diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of fulltime work experience in a Human Resource role.
  • Strong working understanding of the Employment Act and other manpower regulations.
  • Strong working understanding of today's skills trends and emerging skills, particularly in the context of the Social Service sector.
  • Only open to Singapore Citizens and PRs.

Good-to-Haves:

  • Previous fulltime work experience in the Social Service sector will be advantageous.
