Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall export and import operations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance air freight forwarding operational procedures (import and export).
  • Lead negotiation of rates and contracts with air carriers.
  • Collaborate with sales functions to execute business plan targets.
  • Build and maintain longterm relations with clients, airlines and terminals.
  • Oversee compliance with TSA, Customs, laws and regulations for importing and exporting.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on operational requirements.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

  • Manage and oversee the daily functionalities of the air freight operations team.
  • Management and execution of our Air freight product to achieve goals.
