Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Installing, Repairing, and Maintaining Onto Innovation products, including Metrology and Inspection tools.
  • Installation of new tools in the Southeast Asia region, covering Engineering and Applications tasks.
  • Addressing tool downtimes and conducting Maintenance upon request within Southeast Asia.
  • Providing necessary documentation and feedback to the US factory when required.
  • Supporting the sales team with feedback and potential leads for future sales.
  • Offering Applications feedback to contribute to ongoing product enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of Field Service experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Prior expertise in equipment fault detection across electrical, mechanical, and software realms.
  • Desired familiarity with Semiconductor applications.
  • Hold a degree in engineering from College/University.
  • Capable of working independently yet collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Southeast Asia, around 60% of the time.
