Main Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, commission, and repair power supply and related systems at customer sites.
  • Test and replace defect components to ensure system operation according to pre-defined standards.
  • Document site visits, including field service reports, expenses, and overtime sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Provide technical training and instructions to customers and third parties.
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of service repair equipment.
  • Keep track of necessary calibration or exchange of equipment.
  • Ensure health and safety measures are taken before entering customer sites.
  • Inform customers about possible system improvements and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.
  • Proactively sell customer services based on customer needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in repairing electrical/electronic equipment to component level in a field service role.
  • Experience with power electronic systems and related installation/maintenance/service procedures.
  • Willingness to work in weekends and night shifts to ensure 24/7 availability to clients.
  • Travel time up to 80%.
  • Competency in English.
