Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the relevant departments while ensuring a swift resolution.
  • Client Education: Inform and guide clients through our products and services, ensuring they understand the value and benefits.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold high service standards, aiming for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent client needs and feedback internally, advocating for clientcentric product improvements.
  • Account Maintenance: Assist in maintaining client accounts, ensuring accuracy in documentation and client data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to streamline service delivery and improve client experiences.
  • Retention Efforts: Contribute to retention strategies by identifying client risks and opportunities, fostering a loyal client base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in client service or support is ideal, but fresh grads are considered.
  • Strong commitment to upholding Finberty's GREAT culture in every client interaction.
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional client service.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and modern communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of understanding and resolving client needs effectively.
  • Detailoriented with a knack for accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on client service trends and best practices.
