Job Description & Requirements

  • Identify and retain a client base, as well as expand existing relationships. Understand the client thoroughly by Understanding the client's business processes Client's surroundings and location Pest issues and concerns of the client Contacts for the client, decision makers
  • Ability to retain a high degree of product and service expertise at all times in order to upsell/extend customer businesses
  • Plan, track, and document critical action points for each client, such as the number of calls, visits, product/service suggestions, corporate gifts, and invitations to events.
  • Keep detailed records of contacts and other documentation on sales and service software. Report on sales activity, results, and plans on a regular basis.
  • Ensure a pleasant client experience by ensuring a positive customer communication experience and a smooth operation for the services provided.
  • Aid in service operation: If due to unforeseen circumstances that operations fail to meet client's demands, account reps must personally handle the situation which may include Organise internal meetings with different stakeholders, eg. Accounts, entomologists, technicians etc. to resolve client issues carry out basic pest control work conduct inspections write basic reports personally look for suitable technician / entomologists for help assign jobs assist in payment collection prepare client documentation
  • Work closely with the Service Team to ensure the rollout of specific marketing plans
  • Follow and drive forecasted sales targets Create quotes, contracts & convert sales Conduct site survey for new clients and build relationships with new clients Assist in pushing new campaigns and products / services that will lead to an increase in sales or enhance existing relationships Assist in collecting data for analysis
  • Any other duties as and when assigned

Pay:
$3, $5,000.00 per month
