As a member of the business development and sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our logistic service to potential clients in Singapore or overseas.

The position will be located in the fulfillment department. If you are a talkative individual who is passionate about sales, we believe you will be a great fit to join us in this fast-growing industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote the company's service.
  • Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a winwin situation.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts.
  • Maintain good business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Resolve clients' issues and lead continuous engagements with existing customers.
  • Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key partners.
  • Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients.
  • Assist with any other adhoc projects where necessary.

Requirements:

  • GCE A Level, Diploma, and/or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and ecommerce is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics and/or delivery parcels will be highly advantageous.
  • A selfmotivated, resultoriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder and highly goaldriven, able to work well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarinspeaking associates).
