Today, the organization owns several sites catering to over 50 million customers in more than 200 countries, with key markets in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
As a member of the business development and sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our logistic service to potential clients in Singapore or overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote the company's service.
- Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a winwin situation.
- Work closely with crossfunctional departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts.
- Maintain good business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Resolve clients' issues and lead continuous engagements with existing customers.
- Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key partners.
- Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients.
- Assist with any other adhoc projects where necessary.
Requirements:
- GCE A Level, Diploma, and/or above.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and ecommerce is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics and/or delivery parcels will be highly advantageous.
- A selfmotivated, resultoriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups.
- Strong networker and relationship builder and highly goaldriven, able to work well in a fastpaced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarinspeaking associates).
