Senior Assistant Executive, HR (Business Partner)

Location: Bukit Merah Central, Singapore
Salary Range: SGD 2,600 - SGD 3,400
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Benefits including AWS and Variable Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in establishing HR business partnerships with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations in alignment with the company's policies and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including administering the Talent Acquisition Form for all hires, sourcing and interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, and managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance improvement plans, and other issues concerning employee engagement.
  • Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures to enhance employee communication, engagement, and performance.
  • Facilitate and take minutes for staff engagement sessions.
  • Handle work pass applications/renewals for any foreign hires and related matters.
  • Support performance management reviews.
  • Participate in HRIS testing and perform Learning Management System administrator role.
  • Undertake any other HR-related projects and administrative duties as assigned.
