The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for the overall human resources function of the organization. He/She will work closely with the senior management team in promoting a high-performance and collegial culture for the Company

**Key Responsibilities: - Manage full spectrum of HR duties

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain highquality talent
  • Manage the recruitment SOP from sourcing, interview, background check, job offering to onboarding.
  • Manage employees' orientation programs
  • Manage employees' probation, confirmation, promotion, increment, resignation and termination SOP
  • Update and maintain employee's records in HR Information System.
  • Involved in staff appraisal & performance management
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies etc
  • Run and manage payroll administration including submissions of CPF, income tax matters, etc.
  • Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment
  • Conduct investigations and take appropriate action in response to employee complaints
  • Assist in disciplinary and counseling matters
  • Serve as an advisor to employees and managers on HRrelated issues, providing guidance in areas such as employment law, compliance, and company policies
  • Keep abreast with MoM's regulations to ensure the organization's compliance
  • Manage training and development for employees and maintain training records
  • Organise welfare activities and events
  • Develop HR policies that align with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Assist in office administration & facility duties.
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR management or equivalent
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Singapore Labour laws.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Mature, honest and with professional integrity
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Methodological & meticulous
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team player.
