Assistant Contract Manager
Operations Support
Manage Contracts to support operations:
- Administer Main contract and Sub-contract related matters
- Provide advice on resolving contractual issues
- Monitor procurement and award of subcontracts
- Oversee submission and payment of Client progress claims
- Handle main contract and sub-contract variation orders
Business Development Support
Manage Contracts to support Business Development:
- Formulate contractual responses during tendering
- Participate in Client tender interviews
- Conduct discussions and meetings related to projects
- Assist in negotiation meetings with sub-contractors
Project Authority
- Review and Recommend Sub-Contract Terms
- Recommend subcontractor warranty documents issuance
- Provide updates to Project Directors when required
- Handle project costings and claims
Project Responsibilities
- Audit Sub-Contracts compliance
- Improve subcontractor terms and project contracts management
- Offer mentorship for contractual issues
Candidates must have a Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent and 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
