Assistant Contract Manager
Operations Support

Manage Contracts to support operations:

  • Administer Main contract and Sub-contract related matters
  • Provide advice on resolving contractual issues
  • Monitor procurement and award of subcontracts
  • Oversee submission and payment of Client progress claims
  • Handle main contract and sub-contract variation orders

Business Development Support

Manage Contracts to support Business Development:

  • Formulate contractual responses during tendering
  • Participate in Client tender interviews
  • Conduct discussions and meetings related to projects
  • Assist in negotiation meetings with sub-contractors

Project Authority

  • Review and Recommend Sub-Contract Terms
  • Recommend subcontractor warranty documents issuance
  • Provide updates to Project Directors when required
  • Handle project costings and claims

Project Responsibilities

  • Audit Sub-Contracts compliance
  • Improve subcontractor terms and project contracts management
  • Offer mentorship for contractual issues

Candidates must have a Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent and 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
