Parts Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer quotations
- Ordering of spare parts
- Correspond and coordinate with our factory on shipments and parts
- Issue delivery notes, spare part invoices and followup outstanding payments
- Expedite critical parts backorders to minimize machine downtime and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain the warehouse supply inventory
Competencies:
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the service and repair industry
- Diploma in Business Studies / Shipping or equivalent
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Teamplayer attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
