  • Serve as sparring partner to the assigned EMT on relevant strategic and political topics
  • Manage the daily business of the respective EMT member and prepare important meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board, Board Meeting, Strategic/Planning Dialogue)

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant functional/IT project experience, solid understanding of Allianz
  • Educational background and/or working experience in IT related area as prerequisite
  • Performance oriented, selfmotivated, and proactive problemsolving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in effectively driving results in an environment of changing priorities
  • Act as interface to communicate and collaborate with other Board Members, Senior Managers and other relevant stakeholders across all levels within the organization as well as crossOE as a representative of the EMT member
