Key Responsibilities:

  • Process staff claims and payments for daily operating expenses
  • Prepare accounting schedules such as Fixed Assets Register and Listing of OPEX
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Prepare internal management reports such as daily monitoring and report calculation, daily regulatory data base calculation
  • Prepare MAS regulatory reports, such as MAS 610, 649, 640 etc
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly Head Office Reports

Requirements:

  • Possess an accounting degree
  • Min 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the banking industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel is essential
  • A good team player with good attitude
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
