About the job:

  • Conceptualize and implement training concepts and solutions as per the learning framework and client requirements
  • Create wellformulated training/change management plan based on analysis of client training needs and requirements based on organizational priorities and gaps
  • Document the training requirements and recommendations (e.g. training plan and methodology) for management review
  • Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks
  • Learning strategy and digital learning content transformation including learning consumption analytics and personalized learning platforms
  • Maintain close interaction with clients through regular status updates and communication on the overall execution and progress towards training goals and deliverables
  • Support Synpulse training business development by maintaining and growing existing and potential client opportunities.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree (related to Strategy, Finance and/or HR preferably)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in transformation/change management related projects in the financial services industry
  • Experience in Learning and Development (L&D) or Familiarity with training solution tools and/or content authoring tools (e.g Adobe Captivate, Articulate eLearning, TTS etc.) would be an advantage
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
