The Role:

This position will be managing the Company's business travel administration globally across multiple offices in 13countries in the Group HR Department.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporate travel portfolio including but not limited to conduct of business planning and procurement of travel services such as corporate airlines, accommodation, car rentals, insurance and emergency evacuation, where applicable.
  • Assess program effectiveness with travel agencies or travel management company to ensure all cost saving opportunities are optimised.
  • Manage the travel agencies or travel management company to ensure the Service Levels Agreement are upheld and Key Performance Indicators are met.
  • Establish target and cap rates for corporate lodging.
  • Oversee travel insurance renewal and claim administration.
  • Oversee the implementation of duty of care for traveling employees over and above pushing the adoption of travel apps.
  • Advocate and share safe travel tips to traveling employees.
  • Provide professional advice on travel policy and procedures, and on all matters related to travel including queries on travel agencies or travel management company.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on Concur Travel and Concur Expense systems.
  • Communicate critical changes in the travel industry to travel planners and travelling employees to minimize or mitigate any negative impact there may be
  • Recommend policy, program and systems improvements after reviewing travel analytics.
  • Participate in projects to improve the overall travel program and operations, travel management and expense systems, as well as change management.
  • Work closely with crisis management group to mitigate risk and disaster recovery for travelling employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • GTP certification will be an advantage. Knowledge and working experience in Concur Traveland Concur Expense will also be an advantage.
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in handling corporate travel portfolio including procurement.
  • Strong interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Possess organizational ability, meticulous, good interpersonal and strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to frequent shifting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
