Main Job Duties

Responsible for the overall annual business plan and promoting its implementation.

Establish and build long-term relationship with with existing, as well as, new clients and Tourism Companies, Agencies.

Act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, Set up ideal prospecting strategies.

Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers

Conducting Sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations

Coordinating with the Internal team in Vietnam to manage and ensure the itineraries smoothly undergoing.

Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information on a monthly basis and report to the Managing Director in improving services and processes

Meet the monthly and annual sales targets and budgets; meet the monthly and annual profit targets by the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business/Tourism field.
  • 2 to 3 years experience in outbound travel especially South East Asia Market
  • Has analytical capabilities, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member in sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Proficient in speaking and typing English and Chinese.
  • Citizen or Permanent Resident required
